As a Director of Castle Crow, Kyle has been involved in initiating, evaluating and negotiating middle market private equity transactions for two decades. Kyle has worked with business owners on recapitalizations across a broad range of industries and has also helped support owners in buy and build growth strategies. Kyle has been responsible for initiating transactions whose combined enterprise values exceeded $500 million.

Prior to joining Castle Crow, Kyle was an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles International, a leading executive search consulting firm. While at Heidrick, Kyle worked alongside the Head of the Global Healthcare Practice.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. He currently enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family.
