Job Description:
Castle Crow is seeking a Business Development Professional for our growing Reno/Lake Tahoe office. As an integral part of our proprietary multi-channel sourcing strategy, Business Development Professionals identify and build relationships with company founders, CEOs and management teams representing potential investment opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position must be comfortable with high outbound call volume and have the proven ability to develop strong relationships with business owners and C-level executives. This position is an opportunity to start a long-term career path in investment banking and private equity at Castle Crow.

Communications with business owners and key executives (primarily via telephone and email).

Active management of investment agendas.

Maintaining communications with private equity groups, family offices and corporate acquirors.

Managing a pipeline of investment opportunities from start to finish.
Compensation:
Depending on experience, a new hire can expect to earn a competitive base salary during their first year of employment, plus unlimited bonuses based on individual and group performance. Our comprehensive benefits package currently includes medical insurance, holiday pay and paid time off.
Through success and promotions, in subsequent years a new hire can expect to earn unlimited six-figure compensation. Equity investment participation in select transactions are also available as professionals advance in our organization.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university (all majors are encouraged to apply).
