Job Description:
Castle Crow’s Associate Program is a 24-month development program designed to cultivate trainees to become successful Business Development Professionals for our growing Reno/Lake Tahoe office. Associates provide research and sourcing support to our Business Development Professionals with the goal of preparing them in all facets of sourcing and investment process, from research and origination to the qualification and evaluation of investment opportunities, leading to a successful transaction close. This program offers comprehensive education, training and mentorship of both technical and sales skills, positioning Associates for long-term development and success. At the conclusion of the 24-month program, Associates may be eligible for hire as new Castle Crow Business Development Professionals. This program provides a chance to start a career in private equity or investment banking and will offer aspiring candidates the opportunity to begin a long-term career path with Castle Crow.

Identify attractive industry sectors and specific companies for investment.

Reviewing industry trade shows, publications and conferences for investment theses.

Preparation of comprehensive project reports for internal and external use.

Active outreach to business owners to identify prospective investment opportunities.

Assist with the management of investment agendas.
Compensation:
Depending on experience, an Associate can expect to earn a competitive base salary during their first year of employment, plus a bonus based on personal and group performance. For full-time hires, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, holiday pay and paid time off.
