Emseal Corporation
Fulham & Company completed the acquisition of Emseal Corporation. Based in Westborough, Massachusetts, Emseal is a leading manufacturer of structural expansion joints and specialty joint sealants made from foam, rubber and metal for use in a variety of applications. Fulham & Company provided all of the capital for the transaction. Emseal’s existing management will continue to run the company and maintained an equity position in the ongoing business.

Niagara Thermal Products, LLC
ShoreView Industries completed the acquisition of Niagara Thermal Products, LLC. Based in Niagara Falls, New York, Niagara Thermal  is a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers, heat sinks and heat transfer surfaces for use in a variety of applications, including oil cooling, air cooling, electronic cooling, fuel cooling, condensing and evaporating. The Company sells into niche markets across multiple market segments: defense, aerospace, marine, electronics and telecommunications, automotive, industrial and fuel cell and power generation. ShoreView partnered with Niagara's existing management team, who will continue to run the business and maintained a significant equity position in the ongoing business.

Industrial Magnetics, Inc.
Fulham & Company completed the acquisition of Industrial Magnetics, Inc. Based in Boyne City, Michigan, Industrial Magnetics is an industry leader in providing both permanent magnets and electromagnets for work holding, lifting, fixturing, conveying and magnetic separation. Fulham & Company provided all of the capital for the transaction. Industrial Magnetics’ existing management will continue to run the company and maintained an equity position in the ongoing business.

Tile Imports, LLC
Caffery Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Tile Imports, LLC (dba CAPCO Tile & Stone). Based in Denver, Colorado, CAPCO is the premier distributor of fine ceramic tile, stone tile, and stone slab in the Rocky Mountain region. CAPCO showroom branches serve the entire region, from Montana to Colorado and west to Nevada, with the finest selection of imported tile and stone from around the world. GMB Mezzanine Capital and Greyrock Capital Group provided financing for the transaction. CAPCO's existing management will continue to run the company and acquired an equity position in the ongoing business.

Proma Technologies Inc.
Vacumet Corporation, a whole owned subsidiary of Scholle Corporation completed the acquisition of Proma Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of Stonebridge Partners. Based in Franklin, Massachusetts, Proma is a leading converter of holographic and metallized papers used in the promotion and packaging of major consumer products. Vacumet is a recognized leader in vacuum metallizing and is the single largest non-captive metallizing company in the world.

Alpha Plastics, Inc.
Stonebridge Partners completed the acquisition of Alpha Plastics. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Alpha is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) packaging for the pharmaceutical, nutritional and personal care markets. Alpha manufactures both stock and custom containers in a variety of styles and colors with an emphasis on short lead times. Alpha has manufacturing plants in St. Louis, Brooklyn, and Salt Lake City, with sales representatives across the U.S., a network of domestic distributors and an international distribution network in a dozen countries. Alpha's existing management team will continue to run the company and maintain a substantial equity position in the ongoing business.

Trojan Portable Services
Odyssey Investment Partners completed the acquisition of Trojan Portable Services, Inc. through its portfolio company, United Site Services, Inc. Based in Los Angeles, California; Trojan is a fast growing regional provider of portable restroom and fencing services in Southern California. As the fastest growing portable restroom company in the United States, United Site has over $100 million of annual revenue. The Trojan acquisition will be strategically integrated with United Site's existing California operations.

The Durcon Company
Stonebridge Partners completed the acquisition of The Durcon Company through its portfolio company, Laboratory Tops, Inc. Based in Canton, Michigan, Durcon is the leading manufacturer of epoxy resin work surface systems and accessories for the laboratory industry. As the worldwide leader, Durcon has a presence on all seven continents. The Durcon acquisition will be strategically integrated with Stonebridge's Labtops portfolio company.

Scitech Plastics Group
H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of SciTech Plastics Group through a uniquely structured multi-stage transaction. Based in West Brookfield, Massachusetts, SciTech is a specialty injection molder of plastic components primarily for the medical products and medical device industries. This H.I.G. led transaction recapitalized the business for improved growth and performance. SciTech will be strategically integrated with H.I.G.'s portfolio company, Vaupell Industrial Plastics.

Duckback Products, Inc.
The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Duckback Products through its Professional Paint, Inc. portfolio company. Duckback was a division of Katy Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company on the NYSE and a Kohlberg & Company portfolio company. Based in Chico, California, Duckback is a leading manufacturer of stains, coatings, and water repellent finishes for outdoor application. The Duckback family of products includes the Superdeck™ Brand Products line of transparent and solid color stains and Mason's Select™ Brand Products line of masonry sealers and concrete weatherproofers. Duckback will operate as a "stand alone" division of Professional Paint.

FlavorSource, Inc.
FlavorSource, Inc. was acquired as a complement to Jordan Industries' Flavor & Fragrance Group in an effort to enhance their technical capacity and customer service capabilities within the beverage flavor market. Located in Anaheim, California, FlavorSource is a developer and compounder of flavors used in beverages, including new age, coffee, tea, juices, bar mixes, sodas, and cordials as well as in nutritional foods, bakery products and ice cream and dairy products. The company's management team continues to play an integral role in an expanded capacity with Jordan's Flavor & Fragrance Group.

Hitech Corporation
Stonebridge Partners completed the acquisition of Hitech through its platform company, Telmar Network Technology. Located in Westchester, Pennsylvania, Hitech is a leading participant in the telecommunications equipment reclamation industry. The Hitech acquisition was a strategic investment that completed Telmar's core business with the regional bell operating companies.

Chesapeake Wireless Technologies
Telmar acquired Chesapeake Wireless Technologies, a provider of cell site infrastructure equipment, deepening Telmar's penetration into the rapidly growing wireless marketplace. Established in 1994, Chesapeake Wireless sells new and refurbished equipment and provides asset redistribution and recovery services. The company's owners continue to run this business with expanded resources as a division of Telmar.

Allied Communications Equipment Supply Co.
Through its platform investment in Telmar, Stonebridge Partners acquired Allied Communications. Located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Allied is a supplier of reuse transmission and switching equipment serving the regional bell operating companies and other major telcos. The founder's family now owns an equity interest in this company and participates in managing its continued operations.

International Fragrance & Technology, Inc.
Jordan Industries' Flavor & Fragrance Group completed this complementary acquisition to their Aroma Tech investment with the purchase of Roswell, Georgia based International Fragrance & Technology, an inventor and manufacturer of special batch, new and duplicate fragrances primarily used in household and personal care applications. While one co-founder retired, the day-to-day operations of this business continue under its other co-founder.

Aromatic Technologies, Inc. (Aroma Tech)
Jordan Industries, Inc. launched their Flavor & Fragrance Group with the acquisition of Aroma Tech. Located in Somerville, New Jersey, Aroma Tech is a leading manufacturer of custom complex fragrances used in a variety of consumer, household, and industrial application fragrances blended from natural and synthetic materials. The company continues to be run on a daily basis by its founders and other members of its original management team.

Telmar Network Technology
Stonebridge Partners, along with the company's founder, completed the recapitalization of Telmar. Headquartered in Irvine, California, Telmar is a global provider of new, reuse, and refurbished telecommunications infrastructure equipment. Through this recapitalization, Telmar and its management team were provided the resources necessary to grow the company through acquisition in its fragmented market. Telmar's founder remains active in the business and continues to maintain a significant equity position in the ongoing business.

Brothers Industries, Inc.
Brothers, a leading manufacturer of tools, fixtures, assemblies, details and special machines, primarily to the automotive and aerospace industries, was acquired and recapitalized by Full Circle Investments. Located in Madison Heights, Michigan, Brothers is run by its original management team, which continues to maintain a significant equity position in the company.
